**Job Type**: Full-time

**Timings**: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 + Incentives

**Job Summary**:We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic **Student Counselor & Sales Associate** who will be responsible for counseling prospective students and converting inquiries into enrollments. This role requires a strong sales-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students in making the right career decisions in the animation and VFX industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents on course offerings, career prospects, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
- Conduct student needs analysis and recommend suitable programs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and lead generation campaigns.
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, and industry events to promote our courses.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and open-house events to attract potential students.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance counseling effectiveness.
- **Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.**:

- **Engage in outbound calling to potential students and nurture relationships to drive enrollments.**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Marketing, Business, or Communication).
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in student counseling, education industry, or a related field such as EdTech, training institutes, or career coaching. Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing sales deals is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to close sales.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in Hindi and Bengali is required, with proficiency in English strongly preferred.
