1. Network troubleshooting

2. Monitor & maintain computer systems, servers, Wireless Router, networks & other peripherals (Printers, scanners, Monitors etc...)

**3.** **knowledge of O365 and Azure platforms**

**4.** **Firewall basic troubleshooting**

5. Configuring & maintaining Outlook 6. Troubleshooting & providing resolution to problems

6. Knowledge of Windows operating system & other general desktop support issues

7. Knowledge of Internet protocols, DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts

8. Knowledge of Crimping & Punching

9. Install Antivirus Server

10. Provide Remote Support

11. Maintain Antivirus Back up

12. Daily, weekly & Monthly Back up

13. Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces

14. Log & keep records of Customer queries

15. Log calls with Service providers

16. Maintain Service Installation Reports

17. Good interpersonal & Customer service skills

18. Good accurate records keeping

19. Good Written & verbal communication in English

20. Vendor Management

21. Inventory manage

22. Asset Management

23. File Management

24. Installing & configuring computer systems

25. Configuration and maintainence of firewall devices

26. Diagnose hardware & Networking faults

Software skills

1. Windows operating system (server/desktop)

3. Firewall & router commands.

4. Antivirus setup

5. MSoffice 365 and Teams setup and troubleshooting

Soft Skills

1. Client Interaction Good Communication skills Dressing etiquettes Proper followups and maintaining upto date reports

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
