**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Network Engineer L1**

**Title: Network Engineer L2 / L3**

**Open Positions: 2**

**Work Location: Reliance Foundation Hospital**

**Work Timings: Rotational Shift**

**Responsibilities**:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Responsible for network design, implementation, operations, troubleshooting and security.
- Monitor network performance and integrity.
- Assess, design, implement, troubleshoot, and document Cisco and related systems.
- Develop detailed implementation and test plans for Cisco technologies related to LAN/WLAN/WAN and enterprise networks.
- Develop documentation related to project requirements and technology solutions.
- Write assessment and design reports, and present them to our customers.
- Resolve issues that network support engineers have escalated
- Mentor team of engineers to support, troubleshoot and optimize IT infrastructure and networks on the user’s end.
- Suggest and implement improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability.
- Choose, deploy, support, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS solutions for an efficient networking environment.
- Create, monitor and test security measures like access authentication and disaster recovery.
- Maintaining complete technical and product documentation.
- May need to travel as per company requirements.

**Experience**:

- 4-5 yrs. of relevant experience in Networking

**Qualification**:

- Any Graduate

**Requirements**:

- Good network troubleshooting knowledge.
- Practical hands-on experience on various switched and routers etc.
- Certified in CCNA / CCNP / CCIE and have cisco ID
- Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
- Problem solving skills and multitasking ability.

**Salary**: ₹264,510.53 - ₹1,248,982.42 per year
