What You'll Do

Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Wi-Fi)

Handle system administration for Windows and Linux environments

Monitor system performance, ensure uptime, and troubleshoot issues promptly

Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies

Support and maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals)

Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups

Oversee and support Zoho applications – including setup, user access, automation, integrations, and troubleshooting

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth IT operations

Assist in IT project implementation and documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience as a System or Network Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Firewall)
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho One / Zoho Projects / Zoho Desk / Zoho CRM
  • Experience managing cloud or virtualization platforms (Azure, Google Workspace, VMware preferred)
  • Good understanding of IT security, patch management, and data backups
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹59,333.02 per month
