Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Network Administrator, based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Network Administrator will be responsible for overseeing network infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, managing system administration tasks, and ensuring network security protocols are maintained. The role involves providing technical support to team members and optimizing the organization's IT systems for efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration and System Administration
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Experience with Network Security practices and protocols
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
