**MEP Contracts

**Quality Control**:

- Erection, testing and commissioning of equipments like HVAC, Fire Fighting systems, Plumbing, STP, Elevators, DG SET, IBMS Systems, etc. as per the project schedule
- Ensure installation & testing of water and sewage lines as per the project plan
- Ensure installation of electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipments within the timeline and budget defined without zero deviation
- Mobilization of manpower for execution of installation projects

**Record & Maintenance**:

- Responsible for regular upkeep all kind of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipments to ensure smooth operation of site and zero breakage
- Responsible for regular testing/surprise checks of various equipments to identify any kind maintenance need
- Plan and implement online maintenance programs to avoid any major shutdown
- Ensure all complaints are attended within 1 hr of such complain

**Vendor Management**:

- Responsible for identification, negotiation, finalization of specification and terms and conditions with contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers etc.
- Coordination and monitor contractors, sub-contractors, consultants for smooth operations at site
- Manage the relationship with CBRE for smooth maintenance and upkeep of the site
- Responsible for checking of bills of various vendors and timely processing for payment to avoid any kind of delay in payment

**Liaison and Compliance**:

- Liaison and relationship management with statutory authorities including electrical inspector
- Ensure adherence to statutory guidelines, obtain permissions, documentation for all equipments, installations to ensure there is no penalty/fines
- Ensure maintenance of all documents related, record of all equipments, machineries to avoid any kind of difficulties in future
- Over 15-20 years of experience in similar profile
- Degree in MEP, MBA or PG equivalent is preferable
