**We are hiring "IT MEP Procurement" for our organization which is an top notch data center based in Dadar & Navi Mumbai **

**Qualification**: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

**Job Description: -**

1. To conduct pre-qualification of vendors and prepare comparative of vendors Turnover, Major projects executed, on-going etc. and present the approved vendor’s list for management approval.

2. To draft package specific Special and General Conditions of Contract.

3. To float Request for Proposal (RFP).

4. To Organize techno-commercial meetings for seeking clarification on deviations in Tender specifications, BOQ, makes selection etc and explore Value Engineering options jointly with vendors and Internal stakeholders such as Design, Projects, Cost Management teams etc.

5. To arrange compliance on Tender Technical and Commercial Terms and Conditions.

6. To prepare Rate Reasonability of all packages based on the historical rates / Rate Analysis.

7. To send request for Quotation (RFQ) and conduct negotiations with vendors and obtain competitive bids.

8. To prepare Notes for Approval for awarding contracts to the selected capturing Introduction of the project, Package details, Tendering process, Rate Reasonability, Vendor selection, Detailed Item wise comparative, Salient features of contract etc.

9. To create Order documents, Work Orders / Purchase Orders in SAP (Enterprise Resource Planning software) and issue the same along with Tech Specs, BOQ, drawings, Make List etc. to the successful bidder for unconditional sign off.

11. Knowledge of categories should include Security Service, Admin related procurement, professional services, catering, uniforms, and facilities.

12. To coordinate with vendor, Finance team and Bank for opening the Letter of Credit (LC).

13. To manage end-to-end contract lifecycle activities, record and maintain database of signed / executed agreements into contract database, manage renewals, extensions, renegotiations in case of variations, termination of contracts, Amendments, Changed Orders & Claim Management, Contract Closure etc.

14. To be part of Tender Opening Committee to open the confidential bids submitted by all bidders and prepare comparatives to present the same to HOD for further negotiations and necessary instructions.

15. To be part of Downstream Contract Management, Vendor performance evaluation, Contract Administration etc.

16. To be part of kick off meetings when vendor is selected on board and at the start of execution cycle.

17. To issue Annual Maintenance Contracts, Repair work Orders, Retrofitting work orders etc.

18. To visit supplier’s factories to understand the manufacturing process, best practices followed, Supply chain, raw materials used etc. and prepare a detailed Factory visit report.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
