Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MEP Manager located in Mumbai. The MEP Manager will be responsible for coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities, overseeing MEP design and implementation, managing procurement processes, and ensuring efficient plumbing systems. Daily tasks include supervising onsite MEP works, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring all MEP systems are integrated smoothly into the overall project plan.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in MEP Coordination, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) management
  • Experience in MEP Design and implementation
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems and standards
  • Procurement skills related to MEP materials and services
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
