**Position : MEP Intern**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Model Development** : Create accurate 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using BIM software (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP).

**Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into overall building design.

**Clash Detection**: Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building elements.

**Detailing** : Develop detailed drawings, schematics, and construction documents based on BIM models for use by contractors during construction.

**Quantity Takeoff**: Generate accurate quantity takeoffs and material schedules from BIM models to assist in cost estimation and procurement.

**Performance Analysis**: Utilize BIM software tools to analyze the performance of MEP systems, including energy efficiency, thermal comfort, and indoor air quality.

**Code Compliance**: Ensure that MEP designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

**Training and Support**:Provide training and technical support to internal team members and external partners on BIM workflows and best practices.

**Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in BIM and MEP disciplines to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.

**Project Collaboration**: Actively participate in project meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions to contribute expertise and insights to the project team.
