**Preferred experience with MEP consultancy and developers**
- Design competency in Mechanical, Electrical system, Knowledgeable with relevant Statutory, Regulatory requirements etc.
- Conversant with HVAC, PHE & Fire Fighting Design calculations viz: Load estimation, Equipment sizing etc.
- Familiar with ECBC, NBC guidelines, IEC, IGBC, LEED, WELL, GRIHA, Wiredscore, ASHRAE, SMACNA, ASME, IS, CIBSE, BSRIA, LEED requirements

**Responsibilities**:
**The Key Responsibilities are as below**:

- Assist the MEP design team in integrating ESG and sustainability, Net zero initiatives to achieve organizational goals during design & Engineering development
- Develop ESG and sustainability policies.
- Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of ESG management systems (policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines).Review corporate activities and ensure compliance with environmental policies, management plans and procedure
- Integration of ESG into operations
- ESG and sustainability education and training
- Working closely with Investment, relation and finance team to affect change and influence growing integrated approach to ESG and Sustainability.
- Provide ESG performance insights to investors, relation team & owners.
- Corporate Sustainability, ESG reporting & BRSR
- Study, evaluate, and implement various green building local and international certification such as LEED, IGBC, WELL, Wiredscore, GRIHA etc. for various Residential and Commercial existing, ongoing developments
- Formulation of CSR strategies aligning with company ESG goals Engaging stakeholders, conducting impact assessments coordinating with CSR agency.
- Carbon port folio to be prepare and handle
- Provide support to MOEF Liaisoning team for Sustainability and ESG initiatives, pre-certification, attending MOEF hearings meeting, review response to queries asked by MOEF committee.
- Familiar with MEP Design, capable of handling the in-house design deliverables for various Residential, Commercial, Mall, Hotel, Data Centre developments etc.

**Software Skills**
- Proficient in BIM/Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Skilled in creating standard MEP calculation sheets.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experienced with HAP (Hourly Analysis Program).
- Expertise in hydraulic water and air calculations.
- Exposure to Energy Simulation, Day Lighting and shadow analysis
