Job Title: Senior MEP Modeler

Experience Required: 3 to 8 Years | Location: Pune

Job Summary:

Primaverse is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior MEP Modeler with 3–8 years of experience in MEP coordination and Revit modeling. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in developing coordinated 3D models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using BIM tools. You will collaborate closely with MEP engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, clash-free models for diverse construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop detailed MEP models, drawings, calculations, and specifications for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with architectural and structural teams to ensure seamless coordination across all disciplines.
  • Ensure MEP designs comply with international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, BS, etc.) and project-specific requirements.
  • Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, duct and pipe layouts, lighting and power layouts, and circuiting.
  • Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings for effective integration.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolve design/interface issues during coordination meetings.
  • Implement BIM Execution Plans and maintain model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain proper documentation and file management for all project stages.
  • Lead and mentor junior MEP modelers, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
  • Contribute to large-scale and international projects (UK, US, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in MEP design and BIM modeling.
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with MEP design calculation software such as HAP, DIALux, Elite, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of international building codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience working on international projects is highly desirable.
