Position: MEP Engineer – High-Rise / Mivan Construction

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to plan, execute, and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for high-rise and Mivan construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, timely completion, and compliance with design, safety, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, coordinate, and supervise HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems at site.

· Review and implement MEP drawings, designs, and coordination plans.

· Coordinate with civil, structural, and finishing teams to prevent service clashes and delays.

· Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.

· Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to IS codes and NBC standards.

· Manage subcontractors and vendors for material delivery and site execution.

· Maintain daily progress reports, quality checklists, and documentation.

· Support the project team in billing verification and progress reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of MEP systems for high-rise and Mivan formwork structures.

· Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing execution.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MEP coordination tools.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

Qualifications:

  • B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP execution for high-rise or Mivan projects

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
