Join Our Team at Institute for Industrial Development (IID) as Franchise Sales Executive

Job Summary:
As a Franchise Sales Executive, you will be a crucial part of our team, helping us expand franchise network on Brands Associated with us. Your role will involve identifying potential franchisees, communicating the value of franchise opportunities, and ultimately closing deals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential franchisees within the designated territory.
- Reach out to potential investors interested in our franchise opportunities and explain the benefits.
- Screen and qualify potential investors based on specific criteria.
- Sell Franchise Memberships and guide potential franchisees through the entire sales process.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field sales, with a focus on multi-brand franchise opportunities.
- In-depth understanding of the franchise industry and what makes franchise partnerships successful. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and proficiency in a third language is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
