**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential franchise partners within and beyond Delhi NCR.
- Present the franchise business model, benefits, and investment details to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees, providing them with necessary support and guidance.
- Negotiate agreements and close deals with franchise partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales (franchise sales experience preferred).
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Presentation**: Ability to deliver impactful presentations and pitch the business model effectively.
- **Mobility**: Must own a car or bike for travel within Delhi NCR.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
