**The position is responsible for**:

- Experience of property sales to clients (B2C sales)
- Cold Calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Lead generation
- knowledge of CRM Software
- Strong Convincing skills
- Encourage and convince the customer to come for a property visit
- Follow up leads
- have good communication in English, Hindi and Bengali
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Briefing the customers on project USPs thoroughly.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Target oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with dynamic personality
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Prior experience as a telecaller/telesales or similar
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments.
- Excellent understanding and usage of digital media platform
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manages time effectively.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Expertise in promoting the products
- Good at customer follow-up
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Job location : Rajarhat

Weekly Off **:Sunday**
