**Job Description: Sales Executive (Residential and Commercial Properties)**

**Location**: Dum Dum, Kolkata

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Experience**:Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in real estate sales**

**Gender Preference**: Female

**Language Skills**: Proficient in English, Hindi, Bengali

**Salary**: Fixed salary + incentive structure

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
- Understand clients' needs and offer suitable property solutions.
- Provide guidance and assist clients in property purchase decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within specified timeframes.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to management regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in **real estate sales**, preferably in residential and commercial properties.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
