To co-ordinate with the shipping line / Airline / Overseas agents / CHA / Transporter if the business is confirmed.
- Arrange the booking as per the scheduled shipping plan and proceed to pick up the cargo for exports shipments.
- Co-ordinate with overseas office to arrange the pickup of the cargo in case of the import shipments.
- Co-ordination with the CHA to clear the export / import goods through Customs.
- Arrange the customs duty as per the shipment terms in case of an import shipment.
- Keep the records of the buy / sell rates and keep the product head updated with the shipment profitability.
- Check the BL / AWB instructions and pass the same to the airline / shipping line to generate the drafts for shipper / consignee approval.
- Arrange the manifest filings with Airlines / Shipping lines.
- Check if the shipment was airlifted / SOB as per the scheduled and arrange the invoices to release the final documents.
- Send the pre-alert to the overseas office /agent / consignee with full set of shipping documents. (I.e. Invoice, Packing list, BL / AWB, Manifest copy, COO and other necessary documents).
- Track the shipments at the transshipment airport / seaport and keep the CS updated.
- Close the shipment in system and handover the job to the accounts team for further billing to the Shipper / Consignee / Overseas office.
- Upload the documents in system for future audit purpose.
- Maintain MASTER DSR on shared folder which should be visible to all.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
- Freight: 1 year (preferred)
