- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Business Development**:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Bhopal region to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
- **Market Research**:Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to drive sales growth.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital platforms.
- **Sales Reporting**:Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses, tracking key performance indicators and providing insights to management.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
- **Qualifications**:_

Minimum of one year of experience in sales, preferably in the LED lighting industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Knowledge of local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape in the region.
