**What you'll do ?**
- Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google to generate leads for our B2B clients.
- Track key metrics like cost per lead, click-through rates, and return on ad spend to improve results.
- Test different creatives, ad copies, and audiences to find what performs best.
- Work with our in-house design and content teams to create engaging ad visuals and videos.
- Build and manage campaign funnels to target businesses across industries like gyms, cafes, travel, and more.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to track campaign performance and user behavior.
- Share regular performance reports with the team and suggest ideas to scale successful campaigns.

**What we're looking for ?**
- **2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (preferably B2B).**:

- Strong grasp of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of performance metrics.
- Comfortable working with creatives, landing pages, and data.
- Bonus: Experience in running campaigns for corporate brands or agencies.
