
Performance Marketing Executive

**Campaign Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Display Networks, etc.).
- Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns aimed at driving conversions (sales, leads, app installs, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns in real-time based on performance data to ensure maximum ROI.
- **Data Analysis & Optimization**:
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Use A/B testing and other testing methods to optimize ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, including CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and LTV (Customer Lifetime Value).
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets across multiple platforms.
- Ensure campaign spending aligns with performance goals, adjusting budget allocations as necessary to maximize performance.
- Monitor and control cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on investment (ROI).
- **Creative & Ad Copy Collaboration**:
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, including banners, videos, and text ads.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure messaging is aligned with brand voice and performance goals.
- Ensure landing pages and funnels are optimized for conversion.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Work with the sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business objectives and product launches.
- Collaborate with data teams and analysts to implement advanced tracking and ensure data accuracy.
- **Platform & Tool Management**:
- Manage performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and updates in digital advertising platforms and best practices.
- Implement tracking tools and pixels to measure and improve campaign performance.
- **Reporting & Insights**:
- Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, adjustments, and future strategies.
- Present performance results and marketing strategies to senior management.
- **Customer Journey & Funnel Optimization**:
- Continuously optimize the customer journey from ad click to conversion, ensuring a seamless and efficient path to purchase.
- Work to improve conversion rates through landing page optimization, retargeting strategies, and personalized ad messaging.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
