**Role Overview**

As our Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results for our clients. You'll work with a collaborative team of marketing professionals in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where your analytical mindset and creative approach will be valued and continuously developed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights to improve ROI
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve search visibility
- Create and test various ad copies, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize conversion rates
- Generate comprehensive reports analyzing campaign metrics and providing actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop effective marketing materials
- Assist in building and maintaining client relationships through performance achievements

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on performance campaigns
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and analytics tools
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and best practices
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization
- Data-driven mindset with ability to extract insights from campaign performance
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management abilities and capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
