**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Check-In and Check-Out**: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for guests.
- **Guest Assistance**: Provide guests with information about resort facilities, amenities, activities, dining options, and local attractions.
- **Reservations Handling**: Assist with reservations, ensure room availability, and accurately input booking details into the resort’s reservation system.
- **Customer Service**: Address and resolve guest concerns, complaints, or special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- **Billing and Payments**: Process guest payments, handle billing inquiries, and ensure accurate charges for room rates, services, and amenities.
**Profile Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred).
- Previous experience in front office or guest services in a resort, hotel, or similar environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and office software.
- Multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful or busy situations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
