**Job Summary**:
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily operations of the resort’s restaurants, bars, and other F&B outlets to ensure exceptional guest service, staff efficiency, and adherence to quality and hygiene standards. This role supports the F&B Manager in delivering memorable dining experiences in line with the resort’s standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Service Operations**:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of F&B outlets including restaurants, room service, and bars.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
- Monitor dining room setup, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
- **Guest Experience**:
- Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle complaints and special requests professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.
- **Staff Supervision & Training**:
- Supervise and guide waitstaff, bartenders, and other service personnel.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign duties.
- Assist in training new employees on service standards and procedures.
- **Inventory & Cost Control**:
- Monitor usage of F&B supplies and reduce wastage.
- Assist in ordering and stock management in coordination with the store and kitchen teams.
- Maintain accurate records of breakages and losses.
- **Compliance & Hygiene**:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation practices.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:
- Prepare daily sales and service reports for management.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front office as needed.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic MS Office.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
**Work Environment**:
- Dynamic resort setting; requires working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Active, on-floor role involving long hours and guest-facing responsibilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
