Store Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Store Executive is responsible for efficiently managing the hotel’s inventory and stock. This includes receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining all materials and supplies required for daily hotel operations, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain proper inventory levels based on consumption patterns.
- Conduct regular stock checks and physical verification.
- Maintain stock registers and records in software and/or manually.
- **Goods Receipt & Issuance**:

- Receive all materials, inspect for quality and quantity, and verify against purchase orders.
- Issue stock items to various departments based on requisitions.
- Ensure proper documentation for receipts and issues.
- **Stock Control & Reporting**:

- Monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management.
- Assist in stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Liaise with the purchase department for procurement planning.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) and other inventory control practices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Hotel Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of inventory software (e.g., IDS, Opera, SAP, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

**Work Environment**:

- Based in the hotel premises, often in storerooms and receiving areas.
- May require occasional lifting of supplies or working early/late hours during peak periods.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
