**Job Type**: Full-Time (Initially there will be UK shift and later on permanent US shift) Work from Office

**Job Summary**:

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 5-7 years of experience in software/IT sales, particularly targeting the US market.
- **Sales Expertise**: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and developing strategies to grow business in competitive markets.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Solid understanding of software, IT services
- **US Market Experience**: Proven experience dealing with US clients and deep knowledge of cultural nuances and market demands.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to create compelling presentations, proposals, and product pitches.
- **CRM Experience**: Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms to manage sales pipelines.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to make informed business decisions.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven expertise in contract negotiation and closing high-value deals.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
