**Key Responsibilities**

As a **B2B Sales Executive**, your primary duties will include:
**Lead Management & Business Development**
- Handling incoming leads and proactively generating new business opportunities through **cold calls, referrals, and networking**.
- Researching and identifying potential clients in **Mumbai’s business areas** to expand the company’s B2B portfolio.
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

**Client Relations & Negotiation**
- Building and maintaining **strong, long-lasting client relationships** to ensure repeat business.
- Conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase offerings.
- Preparing and delivering tailored **quotations and proposals** based on client requirements.
- Negotiating terms and closing deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.

**Sales Process Management**
- Following up consistently with prospective clients to nurture leads into successful conversions.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals closed.
- Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt strategies accordingly.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in **B2B sales** or business development in Mumbai.
- **Go-getter attitude** with a strong sense of self-motivation and initiative.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, **negotiation, and closing skills**.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Proficiency in preparing professional quotations and proposals.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
