**Position Overview**

We are looking for an organized, professional, and detail-oriented Secretary to provide administrative support to our team. The Secretary will be responsible for managing schedules, handling communications, organizing files, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong time-management abilities, and the capacity to work independently while maintaining a high level of discretion.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Schedule Management and Meeting Coordination**
- Maintain and manage calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Ensure the supervisor is well-prepared for meetings by providing necessary documents and information.

**2. Communication and Correspondence**
- Act as a liaison between the supervisor and other departments, clients, or external contacts.

**3. Administrative Support**
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases for easy retrieval and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

**4. Travel and Logistics Arrangement**
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
- Prepare travel expense reports and ensure all travel arrangements meet company policies.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and other corporate functions.

**5. Confidentiality and Information Management**
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality agreements.
- Safeguard important documents, contracts, and records, maintaining security and confidentiality.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
- **Qualities**: Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
