Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Check frequently the levels of office orders and place filing.
- Make official travel arrangements of Emp. & Guests.
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
- Handling overall secretarial functions for MD.
- Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our businesses by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Qualification**:Any Graduate.**
Experience**:1 to 2 yrs.**
Salary**:15k - 20k (Depends on Interview)**

- Day shift
- Monday to Saturday

**Experience**:

- Executive Secretary: 1 years (preferred).
- Strong computer skills and MS Office.
- Proven ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed
- Professional and friendly disposition

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
