Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar and Schedule Management

2. Communication and Correspondence

3. Meeting Coordination and Support

4. Travel Arrangements:o Arrange business travel, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and preparing travel itineraries & Visa Processing for On duty employees.o Ensure travel arrangements are aligned with directors’ schedules and preferences, optimizing time and convenience.

8. Ad-hoc Duties & Perform other duties as assigned by the directors, which may include personal errands, research, or other special projects & Assist in handling personal tasks as needed, ensuring that the directors’ personal and professional lives are efficiently balanced.

Qualifications**:Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.**

Experience:o Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably supporting senior executives or directors.

Working Conditions**:Full-time position** The position may require occasional overtime, handling of urgent matters outside normal business hours.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
