**About the team**:
You will be part of Paytm Payments Services Limited (Payments Arm of One97 Group) which enables crores of online/ offline merchants to offer world class frictionless payment experience to their customers. We are present across large enterprises and startups including well known unicorns. This team is responsible to offer delightful onboarding experience and lifecycle management for all our merchant partners balancing business growth with all regulatory guidelines, KYC directions, Risk and fraud.

**About the role**:
1. Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all ONLINE/ OFFLINE onboarding operations

2. Ensuring cost optimized team management with 100% accuracy

3. Cohesively work with a lot of stakeholders, across functions and teams every day

4. Develop and Implement comprehensive project plans along with key stakeholders

5. Responsible for SOP maintenance, version control, Implementation and Adherence

6. Driving multiple Program level initiatives in parallel that are driven centrally for technology improvements

7. Track Program/Project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short
- and long-term goals of organization

8. Engage with various Business, Product, Compliance, Finance, Technology Teams within Paytm to help mitigating risk as well as maintaining highest standards of Onboarding

**Expectations/ Requirements**

1. Bachelors’ Degree with minimum 5-7 years of experience in similar roles

2. Must have experience working with from Fintech /Payments Industry

3. Must have good understanding of KYC, AML, Fraud, Chargeback, Risk and associated regulations

4. Should possess fair understanding of payments solutions (QR/ EDC/ Payment Acquiring, Aggregation etc.) and related regulations

5. Lead by example with proven leadership style

6. Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills

7. Hands On experience in MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint skills

8. Proficiency on Data analytic tools (SQL, Python, Power BI etc) will be a plus
