**About Us**:

To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done through PPI and also other banks’ financial instruments. To further enhance merchants’ business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

**About the role**:We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to be part of merchant operations team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1) Hiring for Associates across functions of Merchant Risk Operations including Onboarding, Risk, LEA, Campaigns

2) Will be working across functions of merchant operations.

3) Ensure all data records & MIS reports are timely maintained with accuracy.

4) Core Operations Job involving onboarding the merchant after KYC verification, Transaction Monitoring, Alerts actioning etc.

**WORK EXPERIENCE - Fresher**
- Strong MIS and Analytical skills
- Advance Tool Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, SQL, Python

**OTHER SKILL SET**:

- Handle responsibility with mínimal supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Plan, organize, and manage tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
