**Roles and Responsibilities**

Responsible for Fraud Control activities reporting/MIS & Dashboard preparation for all line of business
- for company.
- Vendor management
- Processing of Bill in SAP, Approval, Query Handling & Payment processing and
- update and Agreement management.
- Managing FCU call centre for getting the cases closed identified under post disbursed pool for respective
- LOB
- Responsible for post disbursal FCU activities for Simply Cash, UCL PDD, OMPL Pattern Recognition.
- Liaison up the FCU agency for the closure of the cases of post disbursement check/HO Query/ MIS
- requirement.
- Project Management - BRD Creation/First level UAT/First draft of SOP/Policy and other FCU documents.
- Responsible for proposing and implementing new initiatives with regard to fraud control management.
- Training - Internal & External
- Hunter Management - coordination with Regional Team/IT & Experian for all the
- issues/recommendations/Feedback.
- FMR Reporting for companyand liaison with respective function for the reporting.
- Handling of collection early warning signals to identify the suspected pool.
- Analysis of fraud trends via different MIS on regular basis.
- DC Management - Coordination with Excom members for the setup of DC Meeting/DC Tracker
- Compilation & closure follow up along with meeting coordination & MOM to be published.
- Stakeholder management.
- Ensuring an effective market intelligence / networking to pre-empt prevalent frauds in the market.- Role:_Acquisition Manager
