Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing risk policies, risk procedures, and maintaining key risk indicators below the company annual plan or benchmarks for new and existing partners Develop, support and release amendments In Policy at Partner level to help Business Engage in analysis relating to delinquency on Consumer loans to support decision including cross-selling Work with Tech team to design, test and implement automation for real-time cross sell campaigns across all retail products in line with business requirements. Review cross-sell policy and process norms and propose changes in order to improve the portfolio quality Review the portfolio on a Cohort and Co-incidental level and suggest/propose policy actions at product level Prepare, review and monitor weekly/monthly MIS for Cross sell performance and present the deck to senior management Establish controls and robust monitoring mechanism to ensure constant calibration of Risk framework to control loss, fraud and compliance issues Work closely with IT, Business team for ensuring policy and systems are working as aligned with internal risk returns parameters Establish Internal audit controls on policy implementation and identify improvements or areas of non-compliance or operations risk with remedial action Establish processes for capturing accurate data at right place which will help in extracting the data and analyzing the portfolio for improving the loss rates Work with IT team for implementing the campaign validation rules in system for data management Closely working with Stakeholders: Product, Collections, FCU, Sales and Operations Having appropriate Industry knowledge and develop contacts with peers in Banks/NBFCs for regular portfolio level performance feedback. Develop a rapport with the risk managers of other FinTech, banks and NBFCs and initiate concerted market action wherever required
