**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Should have the better knowledge of Construction Finance and monitoring.
- Data collection from multiple department.
- Highly proficient in MS Excels and PPT. Knowledge of tools like SQL, Python and SAS is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Good knowledge and proficient in preparing the Decks in PPT.
- Design, manage and monitoring the reporting system of **Construction Finance.**:

- Report generation and submission to the higher management.
- Perfect in excel (Pivot charts, VLOOKUP, HLookup and other reports tools) PPT & word tools and on time submission of the report and assigned work
- Responsible for effective communication within cross functional teams.
- Sound knowledge of the CF product and related MIS as per industry practise
- To interpret data and able to recognise trends, performance, and marketplace for the product
