
Front Office Executive

We are seeking a Front Office Executive to be the face of our organization. This position requires a dynamic and professional individual to manage front-office operations, oversee housekeeping staff, and ensure smooth and efficient customer service and administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Manage reception duties, including answering and directing calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with filing, managing correspondence, office supplies, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements as needed. Liaise with internal teams for smooth workflow.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments, and other office-related information.
- **Maintain Office Environment**: Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and visitors.
- **Manage Housekeeping Staff**: Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and organization across the office and common areas. Ensure housekeeping duties are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- **Shift Rotation**: Flexibility to work in rotating shifts to ensure continuous front-office support.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar administrative role.
- Previous experience in managing housekeeping or facilities teams is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
