**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**:

- Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Identify and target key audience segments to maximize reach and conversions.
- **Budget Management**:

- Allocate and manage marketing budgets across campaigns to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
- Monitor spending to stay within budget while achieving business goals.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and generate actionable insights.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance tracking tools to measure campaign success.
- **Optimization**:

- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels to increase conversions.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align marketing strategies accordingly.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.
- Experiment with new channels and strategies to test their effectiveness in driving results.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed performance reports for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
- Present campaign results and strategic recommendations based on insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in performance marketing, PPC, or digital advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- Excellent understanding of metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12,048.13 - ₹20,000.00 per month
