Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
2. Coordinate project-related activities like meetings, schedules, and task assignments.
3. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and minutes.
4. Communicate project information to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
5. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for project team members.
6. Manage project expenses, including tracking and reporting expenses.
7. Identify and mitigate project risks.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
9. Develop and implement project management best practices.
10. Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
5. Experience with project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
**Nice to Have**:
1. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
2. Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
3. Knowledge of project management frameworks, such as PMBOK or PRINCE2.
