Key Responsibilities:

- Project Execution, Co-ordination & Billing
- Manages project coordination for schedules and payments through project progress meetings with contractors, engineers, project owners, and other stakeholders;
- Maintains project budgets, monitors change orders, and evaluates progress payments;
- Assigns, coordinates, supervises, and evaluates the work of offsite inspectors, materials testing technicians, consultant personnel;
- Carries out progressive billing of various subcontractors & 1st level approval for sub-contractor bills
- Conducts pre-construction meetings and coordinates the attendance of affected parties to ensure major and minor issues are addressed prior to construction;
- Reviews engineering plans for constructability, making comments and recommendations to improve the construction of the project
- Technical support and compliance
- Analyzes problems associated with strict compliance of plans and specifications, and makes determinations of alternate approaches;
- Manages technical support to consultants and project owners with recommendations regarding methods of maintaining schedules, budget, and construction specifications to conform to field conditions;
- Negotiates change order settlements;
- Maintains and tracks project budgets;
- Negotiates with contractors to resolve disputes regarding quality of work, construction costs, or deviation from schedule as maintained in NCRs (Non Conformation Report)

People Management
- Participate in recruitment for site and provide initial feedback on the people
- Manage the contractors people and motivate them to work
- Train and develop the personnel reporting directly
- Conduct performance appraisal of the subordinates
- Provide growth opportunities to the people at the site

Technical / Functional
- Knowledge of Construction, design, materials engineering & planning

Awareness of environmental, safety, health and labor compliance standards
- Awareness of applicable construction regular and by laws
