Position: Project CoordinatorLocation: Noida (Preferred: Candidates staying in Noida with family)Compensation: Based on experience/previous salary withdrawalsExperience Required: 3-4+ yearsQualification: MBARole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with strong coordination and team-handling capabilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 24 months of experience managing teams, along with a solid understanding of KRAs/KPIs, performance tracking, and hands-on experience with CRM and project management tools. The role requires effective communication, multitasking, and the ability to ensure smooth project execution across departments.Key RequirementLead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure project delivery within scope, timelines, and quality standards.Define and monitor KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for team members.Support performance management processes, including reviews and continuous feedback.Collaborate with senior leadership to align project activities with organizational goals.Track project progress, identify risks, and prepare regular reports.Utilize sales tools, CRM systems, and project management tools to improve operational efficiency.Motivate, guide, and support team members for better performance and growth.Maintain strong client communication and ensure timely, high-quality output.Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational excellence.Requirements3-4+ years of overall professional experience.Minimum 2 years (24 months) of proven experience as a Team Lead/Coordinator/Manager.Strong understanding of performance management systems.Ability to define, track, and evaluate KRA/KPI metrics.Hands-on experience with CRM, task trackers, dashboards, and project management tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.👉 How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their updated resumes at humanresources@believersdestination.com with the subject line “Application for Project Coordinator – Believers Destination”.
