We are looking for an immediate joiner About the Role As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of Cloud IT projects. You will work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery, while keeping track of key milestones, risks, and resources. This role is ideal for proactive, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments. What You Will Be Doing Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities to ensure project goals and objectives are met. Assist in tracking project progress, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring timely execution. Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes. Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to facilitate communication and project alignment. Identify potential risks and issues early and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies. Assist in managing project budgets, tracking spending, and ensuring financial efficiency. Support quality control processes by reviewing deliverables before submission to clients. Organize and participate in team meetings, documenting key discussions and follow-up actions. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as required. Help maintain SharePoint file documentation and create relevant document repositories for projects. Coordinate with project teams for up-to-date information pertaining to their projects and ensure timelines are updated accordingly. What You Need To Succeed 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams. High proficiency in English (fluency required); other languages are a plus. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project). Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office Suite. Outgoing personality and a proactive, “get-go” attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
