**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**: Identify and target potential clients through various sales channels (e.g., direct outreach, referrals, events).
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth knowledge of Amac Creato's modular kitchen and wardrobe offerings to effectively communicate features, benefits, and customization options to clients.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote Amac Creato's products and services.
- **Lead Generation**: Manage leads and follow up to ensure timely conversions.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to provide relevant insights for business growth.
- **Collaborative Work**: Work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales activities, marketing performance, and customer feedback to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **sales** and **marketing** roles, preferably in the interior design, home improvement, or real estate sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive results.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with **CRM software** and MS Office Suite.
- A passion for design, home interiors, and innovative living spaces.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in selling modular kitchens or home interior products is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media.

Pay: ₹10,571.88 - ₹35,000.00 per month
