
Office Administrator/receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document management, and filing.
- Assist in coordinating office supplies and ensuring they are stocked adequately.
- Address and resolve visitor inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Arrange travel bookings, including flights, trains, and local transportation
- Manage hotel reservations for employees and guests.
- Coordinate visa processing and travel reimbursements when required.
- Supervise office boys and cleaning staff to ensure a clean and well-maintained workspace.
- Ensure pantry and common areas are well-stocked and organized.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a front desk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
