**Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain and update databases, files, and records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Act as a point of contact between departments and external clients.
- **Office Management**:
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and facilities.
- Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
- **Team Assistance**:
- Provide support to team members and management for project coordination.
**Skills Required**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
