We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Office & Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work and can seamlessly switch between creative and administrative tasks. You’ll be the go-to person for managing our social media presence, coordinating photo and video shoots, handling office paperwork
**Responsibilities**:
- post, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
- Coordinate and assist with photoshoots and video shoots.
- Handle office documentation and administrative tasks.
- Organize meetings, events, and office schedules.
- Support the team in day-to-day operational needs.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic social media management skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential.
