Office Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain a welcoming reception area, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for senior attorneys and staff members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital, in compliance with our company's data management policies.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, mail management, and other tasks as required.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, ensuring seamless retrieval of documents and information.
- Monitor office supplies and stationery, placing orders as necessary to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with the HR and finance departments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- 1 year of experience in an administrative or office coordinator role, preferably in a legal firm or similar environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with excellent computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- High level of organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
