**Paisabazaar is Hiring IT - Procurement Executive**

**Experience - 2 to 4 years**

**Location - Gurgaon**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the IT procurement strategy aligned with the organization's overall procurement objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand IT requirements and forecast procurement needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and stay updated on industry trends.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors based on quality, price, delivery, and service.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure favorable pricing and contractual agreements.
- Review and analyze vendor proposals, comparing them to the organization's requirements and specifications.
- Create and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, purchase order creation, order tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT teams and budget managers, to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews and address any performance or service-related issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree is must important
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in IT procurement or purchasing, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and services procurement processes.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
