**Position objective & overview**:
We are looking for self-motivated and highly driven experienced in Procurement Department, who are able to integrate their technical knowledge with business acumen and have a timeline-oriented approach.

**Main role & responsibilities / Nature of influence**:

- Working closely with Team, the incumbent shall be responsible for sharing Weekly/Monthly /Quarterly progress for the areas assigned and plan on quarterly level targets.
- Thorough understanding of End to End procurement cycle and must have dealt with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial products, and ELV items.
- Negotiate with suppliers in order to ensure best price & credit period with best quality and timely delivery.
- Handle the RFQs received from customers by ensuring best rate sourcing
- Ensure all RFQs are quoted within time to client requirement
- Ensure supplier side contracting in place to serve client orders with minimum delay
- Plan, execute and monitor the sourcing operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth with good margins
- Handle requests for information, quotations, proposals, and processes.
- Handle Pan India Sourcing as per Project & client requirements

**Requirements**:

- Engineering graduate with excellent academic record

1-4 years of relevant experience in Warehouse procurement function with the ability to lead techno-commercial discussions at the mid/senior level clientele.
- Very high problem-solving capability and ability to work in a high growth environment independently.
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things.
- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional
