Procurement Executive (Fresher)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Procurement Executive. The role involves learning and assisting in sourcing vendors, procuring office supplies, marketing materials, and operational needs. The candidate will also support vendor evaluation, cost comparison, and basic inventory tracking, with guidance from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end procurement process: sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase.
  • Support market research to identify potential vendors for office supplies, marketing materials, and operational requirements.
  • Conduct on-ground market visits under guidance to compare products, pricing, and quality.
  • Assist in negotiating with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
  • Work with the marketing team to procure branding collaterals (banners, brochures, merchandise, etc.).
  • Help maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, vendor details, and contracts.
  • Track and update inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Build basic vendor relationships and support senior executives in vendor management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Fresher with basic understanding of procurement or interest in vendor management.
  • Willingness to learn and conduct field/market visits as required.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
