Looking for Freshers (Full-time role)

Professional Experience: 0-1 year

Location - Gurgaon (Work From Office)

Immediate Joiners

Key Accountabilities
(includes, but not limited to the following)


• Database management and Data Quality Enhancement


• Reviewing each incoming email on Resume ID: acting upon the email appropriately (response, CV review, notes update, follow-up with Ops team members)


• Adding candidates to Database: fresh profiles upload, creation and movement of duplicate records to appropriate profiles


• Adding appropriate notes to profiles: candidate email note, others Identification, checking and cleaning up of Duplicate profiles

➢ Characterization of each profile:


• Each profile in the database is described by 70 fields which carry the person's information and details of the stage in the recruitment process at GET


• Characterization activity aims at accurately and completely filling up all these fields with the candidate's information in detail enabling better data analytics and search

Qualification


• Graduation in any discipline
