Job Purpose:

To accurately input, maintain, and manage company data across various systems, ensuring information integrity and supporting smooth operational workflows in accounts, merchandising, and production departments.

Key Responsibilities:

● Enter, update, and verify data in Excel sheets, ERP systems, and other company databases.

● Maintain records related to inventory, production, and purchase orders.

● Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.

● Assist in generating reports and summaries from Excel or ERP systems as required.

● Support accounting and administrative teams with entry of invoices, challans, and other documents.

● Coordinate with different departments to collect missing or updated data.

● Ensure timely completion of daily and weekly data entry tasks.

● Maintain confidentiality and security of all company data.

Job Requirements:

● Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.

● Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and Google sheets
including formulas, sorting/filtering, and data formatting.

● Familiarity with
Tally
,
Busy
, or
Odoo ERP
software will be an added advantage.

● Good typing speed and attention to detail.

● Ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
